In previous posts we talked about “express” warming ups and its variations. Today we bring you a warmup suggestion focused on the back pass-end line.
- Movement improvement + basic position
- Collapse dives/catching
- Tactically, we will stress positioning and pausing properly depending on the position of the player with the ball (goalkeeper coach).
This warmup can be done both in the goal and outside the goal. It can last approximately 10’ or 15’, and then the goalkeepers can perform variations with finalization with the team.
