The template that you can download below is different from all the others that we have published. Possibly, this differs in that it is more graphic and intuitive. In it, you can capture all the tactical situations that are generated to the goalkeeper at defensive level:
- Close shot
- Far shot
- Delivery – Auction
- Pass back
- 1 × 1
From this data collection after the end of the game, we can draw many conclusions:
What are the situations that have mostly occurred in this game?
Which are the most generated situations in competition?
From what distances / zones has most my goalkeeper to intervene?
Where does the rival attack us most?
These reflections can guide us when planning our sessions or work cycles. If, for example, we are seeing that the team generates many entry situations for the bottom line and pass back, we have the information to discuss it with the head coach and to be able to train in these specific sessions these situations and be able to improve them from the one more reflective feedback to be argued with data.
